| ArenaNet has provided the following information about future additions to Guild Wars Beyond. Winds of Change- This storyline follows that of Hearts of the North and will take place in Cantha.
- However, the only requirements to participate will be completion of Guild Wars Factions.
Winds of Change is the third chapter of Guild Wars Beyond and will be linked into the story of the game by the Hearts of the North content. It will take place in Cantha and will have something to do with Miku, and will probably fill out her background story. Winds of Change will explain some events that happen after the end of Guild Wars Factions and, like previous chapters, will foreshadow events leading to the situation during Guild Wars 2. Beating the Factions campaign will be the only requirement to begin Winds of Change.Feature BuildThis update introduces features new to the game, but without a storyline of its own. - ANet plans to release it after updates to the dervish profession and before releasing Winds of Change.
- The update will add a new outpost, Embark Beach, that will serve as a staging area for any mission to which a player already has access, making it easier to form casual groups.
- The hero limit will either be removed or increased to include seven heroes.
- ANet has also said that, "various other things" would be included in this update.
Other - Evennia will be part of something larger.
- Gwen will establish Ebonhawke.
- The Lunatic Court will have quests unrelated to other Guild Wars Beyond content.
- John Stumme has stated that his team would like to take GWB to Elona and continue Palawa Joko's story in the future, however there are no firm plans to do so.
- There will be "things people are going to be surprised by" that the Live Team will not currently discuss. This update is scheduled for release sometime after Winds of Change.
Ebonhawke is an Ascalonian town on the edge of the Blazeridge Mountains. In 1080 AE, it is converted into a fortress by Gwen after King Adelbern recalls the Ebon Vanguard from the Far Shiverpeaks.

| sounds fun, WiK was actually quite enjoyable, haven't finished HotN yet but it doesn't really look like much (couple of small solo-missions).
Hopefully the whole Winds of change-thing is comparable to WiK
