I'm quite curious as to what our strategy for upgrading is? Seems to me like everybody is just clicking something.

Politics & Architecture are a good start... bigger item deposit and armory/weaponry with our guild emblem.
Where we go from there depends on the guild goal, I'm currently not involved with wvwvw so investing points into Art of War depends on whoever is active there. In the end you'll have them all researched anyway:)
